About Dr. Somma
Dr. Lorenzo Somma is a dedicated family physician passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Born and raised in Brampton, Ontario, he pursued his post-secondary education at the University of Toronto. He then attended St. Georges University in Grenada for his medical training and completed his residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Somma is enthusiastic about full-scope family practice, fostering long-term relationships with his patients and addressing their diverse health needs. Outside of medicine, he cherishes time with his loving family, including his partner, whom he met in medical school, and their daughter, born in 2020. The family relocated to British Columbia in 2019.
In his leisure time, Dr. Somma enjoys exploring the great outdoors through camping, snowboarding, and traveling. He is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate care to his patients, embracing the beauty of family medicine.
