Flu Vaccine Information – 2025/2026
We are offering flu shots at both Murrayville Family Practice Group (MFPG) and Willoughby Family Practice Group (WFPG) locations to help you stay healthy and protect those around you.
How to Get a Flu Shot:
- If you or your child would like to receive a flu shot, please call and book an appointment with one of our Registered Nurses.
- You may also request a flu shot anytime during your appointment with your primary care provider.
Who Can Receive:
- All adults and children who are patients of MFPG and WFPG
Patient Guidelines:
- Bring your personal health card or ID
- Wear short sleeves for easy access to your arm
- If you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, cold symptoms), please reschedule.
- Appointments are 5 minutes and are strictly for the flu shot.
- Due to time constraints, our nurses will not be able to address other medical concerns or renew prescriptions during this visit.

How We Serve our Patients
Urgent Care
For non-life-threatening illness or injury that needs immediate treatment.
Family Medicine
Management of acute and chronic illnesses, disease prevention, and patient education.
Clinical Pharmacist
Medication management, monitoring, counselling, minor ailments, and medication reviews.
Registered Nurses
Immunizations, nutritional and exercise counselling, PAP smears, wound care, minor illnesses.
After Hours Care Service
If you are a patient of Murrayville Family Practice Group and you have an urgent medical issue that cannot wait until the office reopens, please call the office and listen carefully to the instructions on our phone system.
Please be aware that this service is provided through HealthLinkBC and the After Hours Care team is not part of our practice.
