About Heather
Heather Jensen is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 and spent 10 years at BC Children’s Hospital, specializing in Pediatric Oncology/Hematology and Pediatric Intensive Care.
Heather furthered her education with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She is passionate about full-scope family practice, with additional training and interest in gender-affirming care.
Outside of her practice, Heather cherishes time with her loving family, including her husband, two children, and their lively Labrador retriever puppy, in their Port Moody home. She enjoys aquatic activities, whether it’s exploring the ocean or splashing around at the pool with her kids.
With a warm and empathetic approach, Heather strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her patients, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.
