About the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale

The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale is a tool that helps your provider understand if you might have something called ADHD, which stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD can make it a bit tricky to focus, pay attention, and stay organized.

This tool has a bunch of questions that ask about your behavior and feelings. It’s not a test you can pass or fail, it’s just a way for you to share how you’re feeling. The questions ask about things like how easily you get distracted, how often you find it hard to finish tasks, and if you tend to be forgetful.

You’ll be asked to rate how often you’ve experienced these things, like feeling restless or struggling to remember things. Your answers can give the your provider clues about whether ADHD might be something to consider.

Being honest when you answer these questions is important, so your provider can understand what’s going on with you and figure out the best way to help you. Remember, everyone’s different, and your provider is here to help you feel your best, whether that’s with or without ADHD.
