In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, please read the following information.
For patients who have upcoming in-office appointments:
While wearing masks is no longer mandatory in health care facilities, their ongoing use will be based on point-of-care risk assessment.
In consideration of others, we require masks to be worn when you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or headache alongside the previously mentioned symptoms.
We thank you for understanding and abiding by our office’s safety precautions as we work to provide a safe environment for our providers and staff. (updated April 2023)
